Room rates are valid for 01 night accommodation for Single or Double occupancy, included breakfast,
VAT and service charge.
 Extra breakfast charge VND 396,000 net/person.
 Room rates are in Vietnam Dong and non-commissionable.

 Villa Ocean view rates includes breakfasts for 6 adults and 3 children
Extra person: Adult VND 1,980,000 net & Children VND 990,000 net/per person. Maximum extra 1
person per 1 villa including breakfast.

Restriction:
- Public Holidays will be applied Contract rates plus Surcharge.
- Special discount 5% more on the above rates for Early Bird Bookings of 14 days prior to arrival day.

Children policy:
Free of charge for accommodation with breakfast for maximum 02 children from 2-5 years old. Children from
05-11 years old sharing bed with parents are free of charge for accommodation but pay VND 198,000 net for
breakfast. Children 12 years old should have extra bed

Check-in & Check-out time:
 Check-in time is from 2:00 pm, and check-out time is at or before 12:00 (noon time).
 Late check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
 Check-out until: 2:00pm – 50% of contract rate
 Check-out after: 6:00pm – 100% of contract rate
